Description

Variety: Dessert wine with the character of Mavruda but in a drier form.
Color: Yellowish-amber color.
Aroma: Intense aromas of dried apples and figs, raisins and herbs.
Taste: Elegant and fruity with hints of quince jam.
Ageing: Leave the grapes until the first snow falls, as a result of which the water from the grain evaporates and it raisins. Then the grapes are collected and passed to the press, and the juice is fermented and a wonderful dessert wine is obtained.
Serving temperature: 10-12 °С.
