Aroma: Elegant notes of vanilla and chocolate, as well as blackcurrant and black pepper.
Taste: The wine impresses with fullness of flavour and wonderful length. There is a hint of very juicy fruit which develops into a jammy flavour with a gentle spiciness.
Ageing: 18 months in 225-l casks.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C.
