Colour: Soft ruby red colour.
Nose: Floral aromas and minerality come through brightly, and then there's red fruit with sour cherry dominating, along with delicate violet petal, rose and a hint of pine.
Taste: Juicy and full of energy, with very refined tannins and exceptional purity. Amazing wine.
We recommend consuming the wine within 20 years of bottling.
ABV: 13,5%
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C with minimum one hour decanting.
