Aroma: Intense aromas of blackberries, black cherries, herbs, peppers and black chocolate.
Taste: Full-bodied, smooth, with mild acidity and strong tannins.
Ageing: Ageing for 18 months in Bulgarian barriques (500 litres).
We recommend that in order for the wine to develop and enchant you, it should be opened earlier or decanted before drinking. Precious sludge is possible.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C
