The classic combination between these three French noble varieties. The Rhodope terroir endows them with a lively vibrant southern temperament.
The grapes are picked separately, according to the ripeness of each variety. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in inox vessels, under controlled temperature, with minimum intervention. Each variety is aged separately. Depending on the year, the proportion of varieties in the blend varies. Our aim is to best show the specificity of the year in a deep, multi-layered, elegant blend.
To keep the elegance of the blend, merlot is dominant, Cabernet Franc complements it with its velouriness and Cabernet Sauvignon with its excellent tannin structure. The blend has very good ageing potential and becomes more subtle and charming with time.
