Description

The latest addition to the portfolio of Bononia Estate is the First Vintage series.
This unique series marks the first vintage bottled in its own cellar. It features four magnificent wines from the 2019 vintage: Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wines are produced exclusively - for the first and last time, as the series will not be re-released.
Each of the wines has a unique serial number and the bottle labels are hand painted and represent the vineyards and winery of Bononia Estates.
First Vintage's wines are limited in quantity - the whites are 1,500 bottles of each type and the reds are 2,000 bottles. They have high collector value and a guaranteed long life.

Colour: Intense colour with sparkling green-gold nuances.
Aroma: Fresh nuances of apple and citrus fruits, also nice notes of nuts and vanilla, paired with mocha accents.
Taste: Powerful, full-bodied and fresh wine with persistent volume, the aftertaste is long, supple and unforgettable.
Ageing: 6 months in French oak casks.
Recommended serving temperature: 14-16°C
