Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack is the only whiskey of its kind that goes through a two-course softening with maple charcoal - the first time before aging in the barrel, like any Tennessee Whiskey, and the second time after aging. It is bottled only after the second filtration. The result of the double softening is whiskey with a pure aroma and a dense, refined taste.
