Taste: Elegant medium body, delicate but bold, soft tannins, despite its age. The aromas of the nose overlap in the taste, wrapped in a pleasant freshness. Fruitful and fresh finish.
Aging: 11 months in stainless steel containers before bottling, without contact with wood.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C
