Variety: Cabernet Franc
Color: Deep ruby color with shimmering highlights.
Aroma: Slight hints of spicy spices accompanied by intense notes of ripe black berries.
Taste: Very elegant, with a satiny structure, well-rounded and long-lasting. Finishes softly with a long aromatic finish dominated by ripe red berries.
Ageing: The wine has been aged for 12 months in 225 litre old French oak barriques, it has the potential to develop in bottle for up to 5 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 15-17 C.
