Description

Variety: Pinot Noir
Colour: Light red with ruby tints.
Aroma: Intense and rich, dominated by sweet musk nuances, well combined with red cherry stone, smoke and dry leaves.
Taste: Light to medium structure, pleasant freshness and unobtrusive soft tannins. The finish has a soft freshness, aromatic and very long. Smoke and dry leaves dominate the flavour.
Ageing: The wine was aged for 12 months in 225 litre old French oak barriques, it has the potential to develop in bottle for 5-10 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 14-16 C.
