Variety: Merlot & Syrah
Colour: Medium rich red colour with tile tints.
Aroma: Impressive balance between fruity aromas of ripe plum and cherry and spicy aromas of cardamom and nutmeg.
Taste: Juicy and elegant body with soft structure, hints of leather and liquorice. Long and intriguing aftertaste of blackcurrant and tobacco leaf. Good development potential in bottle (2021-2025).
Ageing: the varietal ratio is 60% Merlot and 40% Syrah. The Merlot was aged in an inox vat and the Syrah for 23 months in different volumes of Bulgarian, French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C
