Color: Ruby color with glare.
Aroma: The local Bulgarian variety Rubin (a cross between Nebbiolo and Syrah) scores on the nose with notes of ripe dark fruits - blackberries and cherries, dark chocolate, herbs and pepper.
Taste: Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with mild tannins and medium acidity. Good complexity and length.
Ageing: Matured in oak barriques. Long ageing potential.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C
