Grape Variety: Melnik and Ruen.
Colour: Deep red colour.
Aroma: Dominant nuances of red and black fruits, beautifully underlined by chocolate and spices.
Taste: Rounded on the palate, with soft, velvety tannins and a pleasant freshness. The wine has nuances of dark chocolate, tobacco and leather.
Aging: 7-8 months in Bulgarian and French oak barrels.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C
