Color: Ruen is a true Bulgarian rarity, a cross between Broad Leaved Melnik and Cabernet Sauvignon. Sparkling tile color.
Aroma: An explosion of red fruit, stone, smoky and woody aromas. Vine and fern.
Taste: legant body with a good acidity structure, juicy tannins and a long-lasting finish. Wine with character and own style.
Ageing: Aged for 18 months aging in Bulgarian oak barriques. Decant before consumption is recommended.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C
