Grape Variety: Chardonnay, Viognier, Tamyanka.
Colour: Elegant and sparkling color with golden highlights.
Aroma: An amazing bouquet of white flowers, sweet nuances of nutty dessert and buttercream, fresh fruity perfume of peach, white cherry and quince and herbal infusion.
Taste: The wine has excellent structure and finesse, as well as a rich and juicy body. There are intense aromatic nuances as well as hints of sweet spices, and the aftertaste is lingering with a mineral tinge.
Ageing: 9 months in 400 litre Bulgarian oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C

To create this amazing blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Tamyanka, Bratanov Winery carefully selected grapes from its older vineyards - 45% Chardonnay, 30% Viognier and 20% Tamyanka. The three grape varieties are fermented together with "wild yeasts" and aged in 2 Bulgarian oak barrels, which are second and fourth fill. Thanks to the periodic battonage, the wine acquires remarkable density and structure. The three varieties harmonise perfectly and the wine retains their authentic fruity-floral character. This impressive blend is further proof that the Sakar terroir is also suitable for white varieties.
The wine is available in a limited quantity of 994 bottles.
