Aroma: intensive fruity aroma of ride red fruits, dark chocolate, sweet pepper and resin notes.
Taste: elegant semi-light body. Good balance between fruits and spicy tastes. A typical representation of the Cabernet Franc from the northern seaside.
Ageing: 8-9 months in Bulgarian barrels in the fine residue.
The wine is with minimal refinery. It is possible to see traces of residue.
Ideal t for consuming: 14-16 °C
