Изба Одесос е една от новите български винарни с модерна и нестандартна концепция, намираща се в град Варна.
Първата официална реколта на избата е през 2020 година.
През март 2023г.Изба Одесос влезе в класацията на 50 най-добри български вина на българската винена медия DiVino. Няколко месеца по-късно, същото вино получи сребърен медал на престижния международен конкурс Decanter Awards.

Variety: Cabernet Franc
Color: semi-colored with violet color
Аромат: Интензивен плодов аромат на зрели череши, сладък пипер и смолисти нотки.
Taste: elegant semi-light body. Good balance between fruits and spicy tastes. A typical representation of the Cabernet Franc from the northern seaside.
Ageing: 8-9 months in Bulgarian barrels in the fine residue.
The wine is with minimal refinery. It is possible to see traces of residue.
Ideal t for consuming: 14-16 °C
