Description
The winter gin Rustic Reserve is hand-made from the fruits of Bulgarian organic chokeberry, which is harvested in August in the area of sunny Dobrudja. The fruits are infused together with citrus fruit and ginger in a slightly sweetened gin for three months. The resulting liqueur is bottled in early December and consumed throughout the winter as a warming "digestive" or as a base for cocktails, most often with English ginger beer.
