Variety: Melnik 1300 / Crossroads of Shiroka Melnik vine and Separavi /
Color: Melnik 1300 is a real rarity with not even 50 ha in Bulgaria. It is a cross between Broad Leaved Melnik and the Georgian variety Saperavi, which has a red colored flesh.
Aroma: The result is a powerful deep dark purple wine with an intense nose of mulberry, plums, sandalwood and exotic flowers.
Taste: Powerful tannins and complex structure, guarantee a long ageing.
Ageing: Matured for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barriques.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 C
