Grape Variety: Merlot.
Colour: Ruby red color and nuances of garnet.
Aroma: A wine of remarkable intensity onthe nose, which layers bell peppers and wild berries over a background note of vanilla.
Taste: The palate is full, warm and impressively rounded, with intense aromaticsthat linger on the palate. Aging potential more than 50 years.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C with minimum 1 hour decanting before serving.

Sirloin steak, stewed vegetables, game, aged cheese...

It combines very well with sirloin steaks and other grilled beef, stews of vegetables, game and aged cheeses.
