Additional notes

Riesling is a world-famous variety which, together with Gruner Weltliner, is extremely popular and plays an important role in the wine-growing regions along the Danube and its tributaries with their rocky soil. It is no coincidence that the Riesling was called the king of white wines. The fruit ripens late and is not easy to look at, it is prone to diseases such as necrosis, rot and gray rot. The latter is particularly dangerous - although it has a manifestation that leads to the formation of noble mold, it usually threatens the typical aromas of the variety.
Terroir and origin: Various vineyards from the Trisenthal region.

Food pairing

Trout, salmon, spicy food, Asian cuisine ...

We recommend that you enjoy this delicate wine, which is best suited in combination with fish, such as trout or salmon. Combinations with spicy food, especially Asian cuisine, also work very well.
